OD28 | Steps to Supervising "Like a Boss"
When someone is really good at their job, they may get promoted - and that often means they become a supervisor. Being a supervisor requires an entirely new set of skills that is important to succeeding in the new position. This course will teach the basic skills for either becoming a new supervisor, or being a better supervisor.

This course is a slow-release course, meaning a new topic is released and added to the online classroom every week, until all 18 topics have been covered. Once all topics are released, you'll have access to all of them, through December 31. This course offers a total of 24 hours of online learning, with short assessments after each section. You'll receive a Certificate of Completion when you finish.
All Academy Hour courses are available from your date of purchase through December 31 of that same year, so be sure and finish before the end of the year.
