There are books and classes teaching us how to work with difficult people, but what if one of those people is the person who has authority over you?  There are many bad bosses out there, and if you're unfortunate to work for one, this training session may help. This session will teach the different styles bosses use to supervise, why they may do it, how their bad bossing affects you and others, and how you can try to work with them rather than against them. We'll also discuss alternative paths for managing the situation and so some assessment about when it may be time to walk away.
