Similar to 52 min-therapy sessions, this training course helps you self-assess and provides valuable mental health information on a variety of topics. Released weekly, over the course of the year, you are able to take your time and self-assess, and learn valuable information in an easy to understand format.
Goals & Objectives:
- The student will respond to weekly therapy-session-type questions, for the purpose of self-assessment and personal growth.
- The student will learn, through the questions asked, ways to self-motivate, initiate change, and process growth in a variety of different life areas and phases.
