Similar to 52 min-therapy sessions, this training course helps you self-assess and provides valuable mental health information on a variety of topics. Released weekly, over the course of the year, you are able to take your time and self-assess, and learn valuable information in an easy to understand format.
Available January 1 - December 31. If you begin after January 1, the weeks that have already been released will automatically show up in your online classroom, and then you'll see new weeks added as the weekly schedule progresses.
