Ann Hamilton, Ph.D., studies human communication, and writes and speaks about conflict, crisis, and culture. Specific courses, workshops, and presentations include "Handling Media in Crisis Situations," "Cross-Cultural Management," "Interpersonal Power," and "Beneficial Conflict." Ann teaches our "Communication Skills: On & Off the Job" training course. Dr. Hamilton completed her doctoral degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2002. She has taught and lectured in Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Sweden, and Canada. She has edited dozens of books, dissertations, and theses. She is a Choctaw artist and voting tribal member, a BMI songwriter, and an RV nomad.
