Mental Health Moment | What's on your Mind?
Jul 14, 2020
What is it that's on your mind? If you're stressed about something or dealing with a problem, chances are that you are playing this reel on repeat in your mind, either replaying something gone wrong, developing arguments, or mentally trying out solutions. Try distractions that are healthy, taking your mind off of those round-the-clock reels. Get a good night's sleep - REM sleep helps your mind process and provides clarity.
What's making you unhappy, mad, sad, annoyed, or dissatisfied? Can you change it? If you can fix or change the thing that's making you unhappy, you'll notice all of you relaxing, making you less irritable and less prone to snapping at people for little things.
Take good care of yourself . Get some daily exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy, and work on solving stressors. Try to do something really fun, which takes your mind off of negatives, and releases positive brain chemicals to make you feel better overall.
