Coordinating and leading a group through a discussion can sometimes be a challenge.  This training session will teach how planning and preparation, as well as well-outlined expectations, can help keep a meeting on track.  Additionally, we'll discuss how to move efficiently through a meeting, keep records of meetings, assign tasks, and create progress toward end goals via meetings.
